The aims of the course are to provide the knowledge and understanding to design, implement and verify effective HACCP systems; to provide the knowledge to assist in leading HACCP teams and managing HACCP systems; and to provide the knowledge to assist in auditing HACCP systems.

Duration
The course is held over 5 days. Candidates will need to complete a post-course assignment as well as completing 2 written examination papers.

Successful candidates will be awarded the RIPH Advanced Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles.
